Winter weather is still with us but we’re warming the Workshop with thoughts of love… Wedding wishes kindled now, often grow into plans then happy Spring and Summer events. We’ve had fun gathering together some of Sheila’s collection sets and designer rings for brides, we hope you like them!
Thanks to Orkney lass Leonie Scott for modelling Sheila’s beautiful Rowan collection.
Your Wedding Jewellery
We’ve chosen to show you Sheila’s Rowan collection in Frost enamel. This collection is inspired by Scotland’s Rowan tree. It’s known in folklore as a ‘Tree of Life’, a protector from harm and its berries represent life and renewal. Trees often appear in art as an expression of endurance, strength and hope. Sheila’s design has intricate enamelled leaves growing from flowing silver branches.
Rowan in Frost enamel above handset with cubic zirconias, moonstones and pearls. We also make Rowan in a leafy green enamel, called Sage and on request in a Blossom pink. If you’re feeling like enjoying some exotic pieces take a look at Rowan in 18ct yellow gold with Evergreen enamel and handset diamonds and Rowan in 9ct gold with diamond, pearl and peridot handset stones.
For your Bridesmaids
While Frost and Crystal enamels are favourites with brides, we have a myriad of other enamel colours. If you send us a swatch of the material for your bridesmaids dresses we can match one of our enamel colourways to your chosen colours. We can do this for the groom, mother-of-the-bride and other members of the bridal party as well. Lunar Pearl, for example, lends itself particularly well to a range of different enamel colours from blues and greens to lilac and pinks.
The all important ring, symbolising unity and eternal love. We have both tradition and contemporary engagement rings and ladies and gents matching wedding bands, available in a range of precious metals and set with a variety of captivating stones.
A selection of our rings: Ripple, Princess, Venus, Swirl and Matrix in two widths. These rings are shown in yellow, white and rose gold but we can also make them in palladium and platinum. They are all handset with diamonds apart from the white gold Swirl ring in the middle which also features a rare sparkling purple tanzanite.
