Trip to Orkney Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions

  1. The prize draw (the "Prize Draw") is open to everyone aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of Sheila Fleet Jewellery ("SFJ","We"), Loganair and The Kirkwall Hotel, and their immediate families.
  2. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 23:59 GMT on 31 December 2023. Entries received after this period will not be considered.
  3. There are four prizes ("Prize","Prizes") consisting of a single grand prize ("First Prize") and three runner-up prizes ("Runner-up Prize","Runner-up Prizes"). First Prize is return Loganair flights for two people from Aberdeen, Dundee, Edinburgh, Inverness or Glasgow airport, a 3-night stay for two people at The Kirkwall Hotel, lunch for two people at The Kirk Gallery & Café, a tour of the Sheila Fleet Workshop, and a £250 Sheila Fleet Gift Card. The Runner-up Prize is either 1x £250 Sheila Fleet Gift Card, 1x £100 Sheila Fleet Gift Card or 1x £50 Sheila Fleet Gift Card.
  4. First Prize must be claimed and redeemed by 31 October 2024. Flights and hotel accommodation are not available June, July or August 2024 and are subject to availability as determined by the Operators. Lunch at the Kirk Gallery & Café and associated workshop tour are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
  5. Entry into the Prize Draw requires you to provide your email address, name, telephone number (optional), and country of residence. You must also accept these Terms and Conditions.
  6. Four winners will be selected from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The first entry selected will receive the First Prize, and the remaining three entries will each receive a Runner-up Prize in descending order of value. The draw will be performed on 18 January 2024 using a randomised computer process.
  7. The winners will be notified by email or telephone on or before 25 January 2024 and must provide a postal address to claim their Prize. If a winner does not respond to SFJ to accept their Prize within 14 days of being notified by SFJ, then the winner's Prize will be forfeited and SFJ shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their Prize). If a winner rejects their Prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's Prize will be forfeited and SFJ shall be entitled to select another winner.
  8. Runner-up Prizes will be sent to the winners within 28 days of the winner's acceptance as per the SFJ notification process described above.
  9. The decision of SFJ is final and no dispute will be entered into.
  10. No cash alternative or other prize is available.
  11. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
  12. Entry into the Prize Draw is limited to one entry per person. If you attempt to enter the Prize Draw multiple times, you may be disqualified. Only one entry per email address will be accepted for the Prize Draw.
  13. We take no responsibility for entries that are delayed or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
  14. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. By entering this Prize Draw, you agree that no legal liability shall attach to Facebook in respect of any aspect of the operation of the Prize Draw.
  15. By submitting your personal information and ticking the consent boxes on the entry form, you agree to receive occasional emails from Sheila Fleet Jewellery with news and offers, and/or marketing emails from Loganair and The Kirkwall Hotel. You can unsubscribe from Sheila Fleet Jewellery emails at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any SFJ email. We are not responsible for emails sent by Loganair or The Kirkwall Hotel, or the unsubscribe process used by them.
  16. The prize-winner's name and country will be made available by sending a SAE to "Sheila Fleet Orkney Trip Prize Draw 2023", Sheila Fleet Jewellery, The Old Schoolhouse, Tankerness, Orkney, KW17 2QT, UK.
