This Wild Grasses pendant necklace in sterling silver features two silver strands overlaying two hand-enamelled strands, and complemented with a 2mm cubic zirconia, set by hand in our Orkney workshop. The design is enamelled in 'Peacock' enamel and delicately hangs from a sterling silver curb chain.
The wild and windswept coastlines of Orkney and Caithness, in the north of Scotland, are covered with marram grass that sweeps from side to side in the sea breeze. This hardy grass inspired Sheila to create her 'Wild Grasses' collection. Delicate free-flowing designs, layered with silver or gold, enamel and gemstones.
