These Standing Stones earrings in sterling silver feature a long, single stone design, hand-enamelled in our Orkney workshop. Each earring measures approximately 8mm by 25mm with an overall drop length of 43mm.
Sheila’s Standing Stones collection is inspired by the Standing Stones of Stenness, an ancient monument in the heart of Neolithic Orkney. Reaching a maximum height of six metres, the stones have stood for over 5,000 years of sun, wind, rain and snow, and witnessed generations of Orkney people working the land. Sheila’s Standing Stones designs are a perfect complement to her Stone Circles collection, inspired by Orkney’s Ring of Brodgar.
