This small Pictish Seahorse pendant in sterling silver and Electric enamel measures approximately 8mm by 11mm and hangs from a silver curb chain.
Sheila took the inspiration for her Pictish Seahorse collection from an ancient symbol stone found buried in a garden at the Ness in Tankerness, Orkney. The seahorse carving in yellow sandstone was discovered in 1986 and now resides in the Orkney Museum in Kirkwall.
