This Moonlight necklace in classic 9ct yellow gold features an elongated design of layers of gold, elegantly hanging from a gold wire. The design is laced with an opal and diamond set by hand in our Orkney workshop, and measures approximately 18mm by 49mm.
A collection inspired by the moon’s shimmering reflection on a midnight sea. The radiant moon creates a magical effect, shards of light piercing the deep, dark water. In sterling silver, a moonstone is used to represent the moon, with layers of silver and enamel representing ocean reflections. In 9ct gold, a solid opal is hand-set to represent the Moon and the gold is laced with small diamonds.
