These Maid of the Loch Celtic knotwork cufflinks are hand-finished in our Orkney workshop in classic 9ct yellow gold. Each cufflink is approximately 20mm in diameter.
This collection was inspired by a Celtic knot motif on the ‘Maid of the Loch’, the last paddle steamer built in Britain, operating on Loch Lomond from 1953 until 1981. ‘Maid of the Loch’ is open to the public throughout the year on the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond. She is currently undergoing restoration by the Loch Lomond Steamship Company who hope to launch her as a fully operational paddle steamer once more.
