This Harvest pendant in oxidised sterling silver is enhanced with a miniature mouse crafted from solid 9ct yellow gold. The mouse is nestled within the curving barley-inspired design. The pendant piece measures approximately 28mm by 33mm and hangs from a silver wheat chain.
About the collection
Following a visit to the historic Barony Mill in Birsay, Orkney, Sheila was inspired to create a jewellery collection celebrating the traditions and beauty of the harvest season. Barony Mill is Orkney’s last working watermill and the only place in the world still producing flour from bere, an ancient variety of barley grown in Orkney for thousands of years.
