This Bow Waves Pendant features two enamelled waves, parting from one another. The design is hand-enamelled in our workshop in Orkney and finished with a sterling silver curb chain. The enamelled design measures approximately 32mm by 20mm, and has an overall height of 35mm including the silver droplet.
A lot of Sheila’s design inspiration comes from her fascination with the movement and flow of water—shapes and colours that reflect and change in Orkney’s ever-changing weather. Bow Waves was inspired by the bow of a boat slicing through the water, with waves rising up and falling away on either side.
